Indonesian composer Elfa Secioria Hasbullah and lyricist Wieke Gur Salameh’s “Inikah Saatnya” (Is This The Time), performed by duo Shakila and Harvey Malaihollo, won the special Minoru Endoh Award at Asia Song Festival 1998. It was presented by Endoh, who is chairman of the Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers, and Publishers.
